Allied MMA is happy to announce a special seminar with kickboxing World Champion Francis Footloose Farley. This seminar will feature a unique format where Francis will instruct from 11am–12pm and then coach sparring. This a great opportunity to get individual coaching from a professional world champion and well-known coach. Allied’s coaching staff will be on hand to hold pads and spar. A barbecue will follow the sparring.
